Divisioning
The Unified Cup competition features two different divisions (3 if needed) in an effort to equalize play. Please select which division you feel your team should compete within.

Division 1 is for teams with athletes and partners with more advanced skill sets and game knowledge.

Division 2 is for teams with athletes and partners who have more intermediate skill sets and game knowledge.

SONJ has the ability to change your division based your results in previous years and due to the information you give us below.
Team Assessment
In order to create equal divisions, we are asking you to rate the skills of your team. This information will help us determine what division we believe you to be in. The ratings will be from 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest.

You will have an open section below to further explain any of your choices or give us any other details about your team that might be helpful.
